Come to the Swedish countryside at the end of summer for an experience you won’t forget! This retreat is very special to us, as we are collaborating with our dear friends, Lisa and Lauren of This Colorful World to bring you an authentic immersion into Swedish culture on a gorgeous farm from the 1600’s.

In the usual Rebel & Muse style, we will have yoga, music, group gatherings, and of course wine. But this retreat we take it even further with morning Swedish culture lessons, sailing on the Baltic sea to an island in the Swedish archipelago, wildcrafting and foraging for herbs, a traditional Midsommar party, and of course delicious meals made by Lisa & Lauren from locally sourced food.

We will all meet in Stockholm and check in to the Pop House hotel where we will meet for a welcome toast and gathering. That night, we have the option to visit the famous ABBA museum located right next door. The next morning we will take a ferry to visit Gamla Stan (Old Town) and then gather together to drive down to Smedtorpet where we will spend 5 days and 4 nights. On the 6th day we drive back up to Stockholm, check back in to the Pop House Hotel and go for a last night on the town with our Swedish hosts! Everyone will depart the following day.

Included in price is all of the following:

  • 2 nights in Stockholm at the Pop House Hotel

  • Entry to the ABBA museum

  • 4 nights at Smedtorpet in the Swedish countryside off the Baltic Sea

  • Transfer to/from Stockholm to Smedtorpet

  • Swedish language and culture lessons at breakfast
